When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

Granted I have had little to none experience with garage door companies, Precision Overhead Garage Door was, hands down, the most convenient, hassle-free, professional experience I've had getting something replaced. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon. He even went out of his way to drive to Orlando to get the model we wanted. Great company, great service — 5 out of 5, would recommend and already have!

Hello! I am more than thrilled with the repairs that Matthew H. just completed on my garage door. I had called around and the other garage door repair companies told me that I would have to replace my entire door. When Matt arrived he told me that it wasn't to bad and that he could make the necessary repairs for 1/3 the cost of a new door! Matthew was very professional and quickly repaired my door. Jason Daring was my Precision professional and I was very happy with the entire experience. He was on time, friendly and patient with my questions. He presented all options to me to assist me in staying within budget. He was also efficient but thorough. The new motor is amazing! It hardly makes any noise as it opens and closes. I love the battery feature; it allows usability for a couple days if there is a power outage. As the battery's shelf life is deteriorating, it will beep and show how much "life" is left on the garage opener. The battery is a quick fix and should last for 2-3 years depending on usage. I would recommend this company, but more specifically, Jason Daring, to fix my garage door! Thank you! :)

Broke a garage door spring on a Saturday night, called Precision Sunday morning. We were scheduled between noon - 4p and got a call from Austin around 11:45 saying he would be there around 12:15. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was right on the mark ! Did a great job and was a very pleasant young man. I will call Precision again if the need arises !
