Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
