Just had Technician Josh do maintenance on our two car garage door. Sounded like a Herd of Elephants when it went up and down. Josh explained what was needed. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We replaced the rollers and did general maintenance on the door. Friendly to my wife and I and am greatly satisfied.

Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. They were able to install the new door today and I am so happy. Tyler did a great job. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing either repairs or replacement. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, kind and compassionate. Thank you all for a job well done.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Orion. The only complaint I have is paying $43.00 apiece for 10 rollers. That comes to $430.00. Is labor included in that price? That is a lot of money for 10 little wheels!

Service was great. Technician was professional. Was able to get an appointment the next day after calling on a Sunday. However, these were the most expensive garage door opener springs I ever heard of (10X the normal cost available at big box store). Unfortunately, I was in a predicament to get this repaired quickly. I am a DIY'er but just had back surgery and could not do this myself. Two stars overall due to feeling ripped off.

New to Florida, we were in need of garage door repair as our old door was showing signs of failure. We received 3 estimates and found Precision Door not the least expensive, however, research let me know I would receive a better quality door for about the same as a less quality product. Precision offered more options with next day install, other companies with less options were 6 to 12 weeks out. Precision door techs were out on time as discussed, even showed up right after a hurricane passed our area! During the old door removal, it was quick to see our old door was about to fail, the panels fell apart. A few hours later, we had a great looking door, more secure, very clean installation, clean work area by clean, polite, and professional installers. A few weeks later, I had an issue with the operation of the door, again, same day as call a technician showed up. The issue was, I had bumped the door latch causing the door to not open properly, operator error on my part. The Tech quickly located the issue, lubed up the door and all is well. A neighbor was impressed with the quick work and called Precision to have his door repaired. Again, the tech shoed up same day to troubleshoot. Amazing enough, the repair was made that evening. We now have two more clean, quiet and well performing garage doors on the street. Great service, professional team, excellent service and superior products.

The motor for my garage door opener was on its last legs as were the springs, bearings, rollers, etc. Chris was excellent with explaining all that needed to be done and equally proficient in performing the installation of all of it. Beyond that he programmed the door opener for the car. Precision is an excellent company to do business with and the employees are a perfect reflection of just how good they are
