I initially purchased a new door & opener because of your advertisement on the tv. When I called, someone came out the same day to diagnose the concern. Since my purchases, whenever I had a problem, your technician was right there. They are always courteous, friendly & they take the time to correct & inform my of what they did & why. I would definitely recommend your company. This last visit, the concern was with my opener light coming on when there was no one in the garage. Since this occurred more than once, it was replaced. That made me very happy.

The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.

Dillon arrived shortly after I called Precision Garage Door on 3/6/25 to request service on a broken garage door springs. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, thoroughly assessed all the parts of a very old garage door, and gave me the items needing replacement. It is rare in this day and age to find someone with Dillon's integrity and work ethic! I highly recommend Dillon to evaluate your garage door and complete the repair in an efficient manner. I will not have anyone other than Dillon repair my garage door in the future. Dillion is definitely a valuable asset to Precision Door Company!
