We had the technician here today junev28 Carlos we were very happy with the service he told us what needed to be done. Gave us options not pushy at all we decided to go with the new motor. The job was done quickly. Took the time to program the cars. Explained everything about the new unit we have always for the last 20 years dealt with this company here in Florida and in Nevada. Chris called to inform us he was on his way and he arrived on time. Chris repaired the opener by installing new Garage Door Springs and he fixed other things that needed repairing. He was quick and finished in a satisfactory time.

I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
