A definite 5 star rating. I was in a jam - old garage door opener failed to operate and I was getting out of town house guests in 4 hours. Called Precision Garage Doors and they were at my house within 90 minutes! Dallas installed a new opener and new rollers and he was done before my guests arrived. So very pleased with the experience and end result. Ed Lucchesi assessed and found that the old opener was failing and emitting a signal that was opening my door on its own (not a good feeling in the middle of the night!). He installed a new Linear, belt drive and all new rollers. He lubricated everything and, honestly, it is SO quiet now. Ed was clearly highly-skilled and super friendly. There was no pressure to replace parts that were still alright and I will definitely call again (and request Ed) should the need arise. I highly recommend Precision.
