I was leaving town for 2 weeks when I tried to close my garage door it would not close, It was 7pm and I had to leave by 12am I called precision and explained my situation. Everyone went to work and Craig was here by 8pm discovered that the system had been deprogrammed he reprogrammed the system, the remote reprogrammed limits and sensitivity setting. HE also had reprogram the remote. He said he had never seen a system deprogrammed (stolen) and reprogrammed. Everyone did a great job. Thank you

Had to order new safety eyes for me. Not happy they weren't in stock. Took a couple of days for them to get in and Keith came right back out and installed them for me. He was quick and efficient. I will use you all again.

He didn't have the motor I wanted. They only offer linear and liftmaster. I wanted a Genie. After weighing the options I decided to go with the linear and I'm happy with how quiet and well it runs. I guess it's not so bad.
