I thought I needed new trim around my garage door but Chad was able to fix my problem without getting a new one. He also made a recommendation that the rollers be changed. The were 18 years old. He replaced them with ones that need no lubrication. Plus, found a screw that was loose and fixed it for me. Gave me heads up about the motor and a recommendation if a problem arises. Boy what a Superman. He knows his stuff. This is the best of the best garage doors fixer. A pleasure to do business with, and economical.
