Our garage door spring broke the evening prior and called 1st thing in the am. Received an appointment for the same day with a time frame of 12 -4 pm. Received a call stating they had a service tech available and he would arrive between 10 - 12 noon. He arrived in the time frame given. He was professional and explained what needed to be done and explained our options. That was much appreciated. Joseph was very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely call Precision in the future.

There was a problem with the appt. time.or I would have given a 5 star rating. Your door technician, Joe Payette, deserves a 5 star. He quickly found the problem. He also showed and explained where potential problems could occur,, how to check and correct them, reprogram, and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and courteous.

Easy to schedule an appointment, the technician came out on time, very friendly, did a great job, cleaned up after himself before leaving. My garage door is so quiet now, I told my neighbor I’m glad my kids are raised because they could sneak in now and I’d never hear them!

I called to make an appointment for the technician to come and check my garage door since it stop working. When I called the representative was very courteous and asked if I had used their services in the past and she was able to get my information. She told me they had an availability this same afternoon between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm if I was interested. I was glad to know I would be able to have it fixed so promptly. The technician, Jeffrey Payette (Joe) called me, as I was told, to let me know he was 10 minutes from my house. Jeffrey is very professional and thorough with his work. After checking what was wrong with the garage door, he explained and gave us four options to choose from. We could repair the problem or buy a new system. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns and after a few minutes we were able to decide what was best for us. Thank you for being so efficient and for your great customer service.

On Sunday morning my garage door didn't open and I call PRECISION for help, they gave me a window from 5 to 10 pm on Sunday. That was amazing that they work on Sunday so late, I price check they are the cheapest one, the installer was excellent. it was a pleasure to work with professional, totally recommended
