BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY…. We Needed help programming a new garage door opener, a neighborhood handyman said to call precision THIS was a huge mistake! He was here less than 30 minutes… (provided NO or needed any PARTS) He said the programming he did was not warrantied AND left wires hanging and didn’t program 2 of the remotes ALL for $250. The company doesn’t even give military discount!!! *BEWARE* don’t give a blank check to this company. They will rip you off.

Tech quoted a price to replace our garage door opener of $800, double the price we later got from Home Depot and Lowe’s. When I didn’t jump to agree with his price (nothing in writing offered) he asked me what I wanted to pay. Then he went back to his truck, he said, to phone his manager. The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door.
