I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions. My issue was resolved and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus I was emailed my receipt, as well as details about the service and related warranty. The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. My only suggestion would be that if the springs on a garage door have to be replaced, it would be easier if two techs balanced the bar as in the commercial. One of the springs slid off the bar and hit a stack of extra floor tiles that were on the side wall of the garage. Two of the tiles were cracked. It's not a big deal but I think it may have been easier to balance with two people. Just a suggestion. So far, everything seems to be working well and I will call if there are any issues. Had to replace the rollers, discs and the opener which is more than I anticipated but I have recommended your company to others if they need to have issues resolved with their garage door.

We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. Called Precsion Doors Clearwater @ 2.00pm due to coming in the garage after running errands and then hearing a loud bang after closing the garage door, and then it would not open. I looked up noticed the spring had broken, called customer service and was told we could have service between 6.00 and 10pm today, she then called back a half hour later and said they had a cancellation and we would have service between 2.30pm and 4:00pm. The Tech Matt Hink was out by 3:30pm fixed me right up and I had him do a few other things to have the garage door run more efficient and for safety reasons. Our garage door is now working better than ever. Both employees did an outstanding job of customer service and would recommend Precsion Overhead Doors to other people.

Our 15 year-old and 2-car wide garage door finally popped a torsion bar and hung up partially closed after just parking our minivan inside. We contacted Precision and were given a tech appointment that same day. Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
